Shipping, returns & payment

THE WARRIOR CAREER SYSTEM™ – PCCB is shipped nationwide across Vietnam. Shipping is free on every order, as shown at checkout.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days for major cities, 4–7 business days for other provinces.
• You'll receive updates by phone or email as your order status changes (confirmed, shipped, delivered).
• Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct and reachable — this is how our delivery partner will contact you.

We want you to receive your book in perfect condition. You're eligible for a free replacement or refund if:

• The book arrives damaged, misprinted, or missing pages;
• You received the wrong title or the wrong quantity.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via the hotline or Zalo below, with a photo of the issue and your order code. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind once the book has been delivered in good condition, since each copy is printed for direct sale.

When you register an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect only what's needed to serve you: full name, phone number, delivery address, and email.

• This information is used solely to process and deliver your order, respond to your inquiries, and send order/account notifications.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your account password is stored encrypted and is never visible to our team.
• You may request to review, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

• The price shown at checkout (299,000 VND per copy) is the final price, inclusive of shipping.
• An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order code and confirmation page.
• For bank transfer orders, please transfer the exact amount with the transfer note shown on the confirmation page so we can match your payment quickly.
• You may request to cancel an order free of charge as long as it hasn't been handed to the delivery partner yet — contact us via hotline/Zalo with your order code.
• Stock is limited per print run; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you directly to arrange a refund or alternative.

We currently support two payment methods:

• Bank transfer — after placing your order, the confirmation page shows the bank name, account number, and a transfer note (your order code). Please transfer within 24 hours to keep your order active.
• Cash on delivery (COD) — pay the delivery staff in cash when your book arrives, no advance payment needed.

Online payment gateways (VNPay/MoMo) are temporarily unavailable and will be announced when re-enabled.
