Phan Thanh Son is the lead author behind the PCCB thinking framework — building the system structure, developing the content, and synthesizing real-world observations from business, team management, staff training, and the labor market.

From his experience working with people inside organizations, he noticed that many young people aren't short on ability — they're short on a system to identify their ability, place it in the right environment, turn it into evidence, and turn that evidence into a career advantage.

Phan Bao Long

Phan Bao Long joins as a young co-author, contributing the direct perspective of a student who is just beginning to ask questions about ability, interests, subjects, learning environments, and future direction.

He challenges how ideas are expressed, proposes exercises that feel relatable to young learners, and adds a perspective on turning presentations, extracurricular activities, competitions, articles, personal projects, and schoolwork into real evidence of competency.
